Applicant Checklist
  • Artists Forms must be submitted by Friday, September 5, 2008.
  • Photographic examples of the work to be exhibited.
  • A $100 refundable booth deposit check made payable to CPS Energy mailed
    to the information below:

  • Artists will be assigned a booth space, table, and two chairs. You are encouraged to bring additional seating, display props, shade umbrellas, and booth decorations.
  • Artist must begin setting up their booths no later than 9am October 11th, 2008.

Release
I have read and agree to all the specified terms and conditions set forth in the LiveGreenFest Artist Entry Form.
I affirm that all submitted work is original, and produced solely by myself, the applicant. I also affirm that the artwork on display is made from at least 50% recycled materials. I further release the LiveGreenFest and all of its duly appointed representatives of all liability and responsibility for any injury, damage or loss sustained by exhibitors, or works of art before, during or after the LiveGreenFest or as a result of the display of my work, equipment or materials. I understand that LiveGreenFest reserves the right to remove any works that do not meet the standards set forth in the Artist Form, or any artwork that it finds objectionable for any reason. I understand that my $100 booth deposit must be received with my application in order to reserve a booth. I also understand that the $100 booth deposit will not be returned in the event I fail to appear and participate in LiveGreenFest.
